A busy day at the University of York

I was very very busy at the University of York today.  I helped the new Students who started today.

A Great Day Today.

I had a great day today. Had a lie in until 10:45am to get fresh to help the new Students tomorrow then had a walk to the shop, cooked Sunday dinner and helped my housemate.

A Great Day At York City.

 

After doing the bathroom this morning I went to Wackers for lunch before going to watch York City v Portsmouth.  York City won 4-2 with goals coming from Wes Fletcher (2), Jarvis and Lewis Montrose.  Portsmouth's goals were scored from Jed Wallace and John Marquis.  It was a great match.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today.  Sorting the post out, sorting packs out, sending packs out, checking e-mails, typing e-mails, photocopying, laminating, typing labels and helping Students.

A Great Day At York People First.

 

I went to York People First today.  I typed up my report about Bruges for the York People First magazine, had a meeting and updated Facebook.

A Great Day Today.

I had a relax today before going to the Station for lunch before going to work at St Helens Hospital. I then helped defrost my freezer before hoovering my floors.

A Great Day At York People First And Gateway.

 

I went to York People First today.  I had a meeting this morning before helping to do a consultation and then doing some more of the magazine then had a run through the Pregnancy test drama.  I then went to Gateway tonight.

A Very Busy Day Today At The University Of York.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today. Sorting packs out, sending packs out, making up packs, checking e-mails, typing e-mails, photocopying, helping students on front desk and helping delivering things upstairs.

A Great Day At York City.

I had a great day today.  I went to York on the bus which went down Tadcaster Road onto Nunnery Lane then round onto Clifford Street.  I then had a walk up Coney Street calling into WH Smiths before walking up to Bootham Crescent to attend the Community Family Fun Day.  I went to the players photo stall where I bought some player photos and met Wes Fletcher and Craig Clay who signed their photos for me and I had a good chat to them.  I then had a look at the stalls and met some more players before I went on the Ground tour taking in the away dressing room, home dressing room, medical room, the referee's room and the board and the hospitality rooms.  While on the tour I met Lewis Montrose and Sandar Puri.  I then went for my photos taken at the tunnel, dugout and the penalty area where I was allowed to walk onto York City's pitch.  It was amazing and I saw my seat from pitch level.  It was a great day in the sunshine. 

I Met The Players Today.

I met some of the York City players at Bootham Crescent today while I was on the tour of the Ground.

A Great Day Today.

After doing the bathroom I went to York for a look around before having lunch at the Station.  I went out to Leeds on Transpennine Express and back by Cross Country. Transpennine Express was on time between York and Leeds but Cross Country was 10 minutes late coming into Leeds then went slow at Garforth not arriving into York until 17:50 but despite that I had a great ride on the train today.

Nice clean bathroom.

Nice clean bathroom after my clean on Saturday 21 September 2013. I clean the bathroom every Saturday morning and have a turn with the hoover on a Wednesday.   Monday nights is my kitchen clean.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today sorting the post out, sorting packs out, sending packs out, helping Students, sorting people's Office Items out, typing and checking e-mails and taking items over to Finance Office.  

A Great Day At York People First.

I went to York People First today.  I went to a meeting at the City Of York Council Offices this morning which went very well then helped update Facebook and check e-mails this afternoon.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today sorting packs out, making up packs, sending packs out, photocopying, sorting papers out, checking e-mails and sorting the post out. 

A Great Day At York People First And Gateway.

I went to York People First today. I had a meeting this morning then went through some drama before updating Facebook. I then went to Gateway which was my third week in a row that I have attended.

A Very good Station in Harrogate.

Harrogate Station is very tidy and clean with lovely flowers on the platform.

A Ride on the Harrogate line.

I went on the Harrogate line today.  Both trains were on time and called at Poppleton Hammerton Cattal Knaresborough and Starbeck and went on to Leeds. The line is set for an upgrade.   All the trains on the Harrogate line run every hour from York.

A Great Day Today In Harrogate.

Had a great day today. Went to Harrogate by train to lead a Training Session for Avalon at their Harrogate Office which went very well. After isaying who we were and telling them about Avalink and where we came from I did a warm up where people had to make pizzas then two role plays followed by questions. The day went very well.

Had a great day today. Made the Sunday Dinner, had a relax, helped with some hoovering and had a walk to the Shop.

A Lovely Sunday Dinner.

I made a lovely Sunday Dinner today. Beef in Sauce, Broccoli and New Potatoes.  I did very well with the cooking.

A Great Day Despite A 2-1 Defeat To York City.

After I cleaned the bathroom I went into York to go to Wackers for fish and chips with mushy peas before going to watch York City v Mansfield Town. York City took the lead through Ryan Brobbel but Mansfield came back to win 2-1 with the goals coming from Sam Clucas (Pen) and Oli Palmer. Richard Cresswell got sent off which the fans in my stand were unhappy about. Also I had a taste of what York will be like when the Tour De France comes next year when I saw the Sky Ride Event. Hope the day helps the people of York to ride bikes which will allow York to follow Amsterdam and Bruges by becoming a bike friendly City.

I went to York People First today. I had a meeting, did some writing for the magazine, helped type e-mails and helped get things sorted out.

A Great Day Today.

After my carpets were cleaned today I went for lunch at the Station before I went to work at St Helen's Hospital.  I then had a takeaway. 

Gateway Club In York Needs New Members.

Gateway Club in York who meets at the Youth Annex at Fulford School between 6:30pm and 8:30pm on a Tuesday night.   There is a tug Shop , games,  arts and crafts,  pool,  table hockey,  music to listen to, table tennis.  It costs £2.50 entry.

A Very Good Day Today At York People First.

I went to York People First today and had a great day there. I started to get ready to update the website then I went to Gateway tonight.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today.  Sorting packs out, making up packs, sorting the post out, putting labels on envelopes, finishing off packs for new starters and checking e-mails. 

A Great Day Today.

Had a nice relax today and went to the Longboat for my Sunday dinner. Had pork Sunday Roast and then sticky toffee pudding and custard for pudding.

A Up and Down Day Today.

After I did my bathroom clean I went for lunch at Wackers and had fish and chips with mushy peas with bread and butter with a cup of tea before going to see York City v AFC Wimbledon where they did not play at all well going down to a 2-0 defeat. After the game I had tea with my family members from Sunderland who came down for the day. After putting them on the train back to Sunderland I came home for a nice relax.

I was very very very busy at the University of York today.  Laminating, Sending packs out, Sorting out the post, and making starter packs up. 

Traffic Lights in York.

 

The traffic lights in York do not stay on green for long. The lights next to Sainsbury's on Bishopthorpe Road did not stay on green for long this morning causing a traffic jam and a 45 minute car trip to the University from Dringhouses. The same time it takes from York to Durham on the train.

A Great day at York People First.

I went to York People First today. After a meeting this morning I planned to update the website next week before updating Facebook and Twitter.

A Great Day with Meetings.

Went to two meetings today one about the future of York People First and then a Avalon Customer and Staff meeting at Clifton Moor. I then hoovered my carpets.

A Busy day back at York People First.

I went back to York People First today. I had a training session about how to update York People First's website. I then went back to Gateway Club in Fulford tonight.

RESULTS OF WHAT I SAW IN BRUGES WITH THE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT.

There is always traffic jams and red lights that stay on for ages and buses take a long time to turn up. 

BRUGES. 

The traffic is allowed to flow. The traffic only stops for red lights. Traffic is is tunnelled under some of Bruges Main Centre. There is no traffic lights in the City Centre. All the buses run like clockwork. There is even a line of bus stops in the Square were all buses go.

A Great Relaxing Day.

I had a nice relaxing day today and had Pork for lunch.   I also watched the trains out of the window.
