A Great Day Today At York People First.

I had a great day today at York People First.  Went to the University of York this morning to do a training session with the midwives.   We gave presentations and preformed the pregnancy test drama.   The session went very well.

A Fantastic Wednesday.

I had a house meeting this morning before I went to York Railway Station for lunch before going to Clifton Moor for a few meetings.   I then came home thrn made my tea before hoovering my carpets then had a great relax tonight.

A Great Day Today At York People First.

I went to do a session with York People First at City of York Council this morning about Communication.   I did a presentation about the history of Self Advocacy and communication and preformed in the Seven Deadly Sins drama before practicing for our training Job we are going to do with the midwives on Thursday.   I then went to see York City v Chesterfield tonight.   York City lost to a very good Chesterfield side 2-0.

A Very Good Sunday.

I had a nice relaxing day today after cooking Chicken, Broccoli, Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings for lunch. 

A Lovely Sunday Dinner.

I made a lovely Sunday Dinner today. Chicken, Broccoli, Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings.  I did very well with the cooking all on my own with no support. 

A Great Day Out To Leeds.

I had a great day out to Leeds today.   I went on the Yorkshire Coastliner bus from York to Leeds via Tadcaster then the Leeds Bradford Airport link bus from Leeds to the Airport then watched people come back from holidays and had lunch before looking around the Market before going for pizza for tea.  After tea I got the Yorkshire Coastliner bus back to York.

A Very Busy Day At The University.

I was very very busy at the University of York today. Sorting out the post, sending packs out, helping Students on Front Desk, photocopying, taking Invoices over to Finance Office and getting people's office supplies.

A Great Day And Night.

After house hunting this afternoon I went to York People First and had a catch up before helping them to plan for things we are going to do over the next few weeks.   I then went shopping at Tesco before cooking spaghetti Bolognaise and garlic bread.   After I had a relax before going for a nice bath.

Spaghetti Bolognaise For Tea Tonight.

I cooked spaghetti Bolognaise and garlic bread for tea tonight. I did well with the cooking on my own. My cooking skills have really improved since I have been living in York over the past 4 years. 

A Great Day Today In Leeds.

I went to Leeds today to attend a meeting about Parliament and the process of the election it went very well.   I got the train from York to Leeds then a taxi from Leeds Railway Station to Hunslet then got to know what goes on in the House of Commons and Downing Street it was very interesting. 

A Great Session At The Probation Service.

I went to do a session about Communication at West Yorkshire Probation Service in Leeds with York People First today.  The session went very well and I did a presentation about Communication about how people can communicate with people with learning disabilities.  I then went to Gateway Club tonight.

Had  a fantastic day today.  I made a fantastic pork Sunday dinner today before sorting out my bedroom and then having a great relax.

York City 0-0 Bristol Rovers.

After doing the bathroom this morning I went to Wackers for fish and chips with mushy peas before going to see York City v Bristol Rovers at Bootham Crescent.   York were very unlucky not to have won the game after hitting the post, having a goal disallowed and finding the Bristol Rovers goalkeeper in very good form.   I then went to my parents for tea.

A Very Good Avalink Meeting In Harrogate.

Today I went to Harrogate on the train to attend a very successful Avalink Meeting at the Avalon Head Office.   I got the 09:11 train which called at Poppleton Hammerton Cattal Knaresborough Starbeck and Harrogate.   I really enjoyed the meeting getting ro know things to do about Avalon.   I then came back on the 15:05 train which called at Starbeck Knaresborough Cattal Hammerton Poppleton and York.  It was a fantastic day.

I was very busy today at York People First.   Had a visitor this morning before practicing for our training Jobs over the next two weeks.   We went through our pregnancy test and seven deadly sins drama.   I then helped them to tidy things up.

I had a great day today. Had a relax this morning before going to work at St Helens Hospital. I then went to get my feet done in York.

Had a great day today at York People First.   We planned what we are going to do in our training sessions at the Probation Service in Leeds next week followed by York City Council on Tuesday 28 January 2014 and our training session with the midwives on Thursday 30 January 2014.   Then qe had a visit from London People First to talk about disability issues.  Then I went to Gateway Club tonight.

I had a great day yesterday.   Went to the Longboat for Sunday lunch where I had Pork with crackling and apple crumble and custard for pudding. I then had a relax last night before having a great nights sleep. 

Trip To Manchester On Transpennine Express.

I went to Manchester today with Transpennine Express to do some shopping.   I went on the 11:26 from York which called at Leeds Dewsbury Huddersfield and Manchester Piccadilly before going to get some lunch before going to my Shop to get some things.  I then came back on the 15:57 train which called at Huddersfield Dewsbury Leeds Garforth and York.  I then went to my parents for tea.

I had a great relax this morning before going to work at St Helens Hospital. I then cooked tuna pasta bake for tea before hoovering my carpets.

I made tuna pasta bake and garlic bread for tea tonight. I did well with the cooking. I have made fantastic progress with my cooking skills in my 4 years living in York.

I went to York People First today. I helped them to sort things out,  support a member to sort out some typing and updated Facebook and Twitter.  I then went to Gateway Club tonight for the first time in 2014.

A Great Start To The Year.

I have made a great start to 2014.  I have seen two York City wins 1-0 at home against  Morecambe then 3-1 at home against Dagenham and Redbridge.  I have also made a great start at York People First and University of York. 

A Fantastic Sunday.

I had a relax this morning before making Chicken, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Yorkshire Puddings for lunch.   I also watched Nottingham Forest v West Ham on TV.

First Sunday Dinner Of 2014.

Just made my first Sunday dinner of 2014 - Chicken, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Yorkshire Puddings. 

York City 3-1 Dagenham and Redbridge.

I went to see York City v Dagenham and Redbridge at Bootham Crescent this afternoon.  Dagenham and Redbridge dominated the first half but York City came out for the second half on fire and found the net three times with Wes Fletcher (2) and Ryan Bowman scoring.   Wes Fletcher's second goal was fantastic. I really enjoyed the match.

A Great Day Today And Night.

I was very very busy at the University of York on Friday 3 January 2013 helping Students and Staff then have been settling back at my house tonight. 

A Great Day Today At York People First.

I had a great day back at York People First today. I helped them to check emails,  tidy up,  update Facebook and Twitter and get jobs planned in York,  Leeds and possibly Liverpool.  I also helped them to fill the kettle and wash up. 

A Fantastic News Year's Day.

I went to see York City v Morecambe at Bootham Crescent today.   York City won 1-0 with the goal coming from Matt Jarvis.  Michael Ingham played fantastic making a few great saves.
