End of August.

MY END OF AUGUST MESSAGE - HALF WAY THROUGH THE YEAR.

I can not believe we are half way through the year already.  2014 started for me sharing a house with someone in Dringhouses before my life changed in January when I was offered a Flat viewing in Fishergate.  I finally moved into my new Flat inn March and it has changed my life I can clean when I want, get up when I want and go out and return home when I want I will be celebrating 6 months living on my own on Wednesday.  I am also delighted for my parents who have been living in a house over in Normandy since March as well as in York.  On 31 October it will be one year ago since they signed for the house at a meeting in Vire in Normandy at 11:15am French time and 10:15am UK time well done.  I am pleased they have a great future ahead over the English Channel where they will be running a Gite.  I have started to film my train trips.  I was pleased to celebrate 10 years working at the University of York in June.

Had a great day today. Went to Wackers to have fish and chips with musht peas with a cup of tea and bread and butter then went to see York City v Wycombe Wanderers at Bootham Crescent. The score was 0-0.

I went to York People First today.  I helped them to do some typing, sorting out and supported everyone in the Office.

I went to help Avalon with some interviews this afternoon before I went for a staff meal out tonight.

I had a relax today before going to the Mason's Arms in York for lunch.  I then watched TV this afternoon.

I went to Manchester on the train today for a look around and to do a bit of shopping.

I was very very busy today at the University of York.  Helping staff and students and supporting everybody.

I had a relax did some cleaning and sorting out in my Flat today before going shopping with my Support Worker this evening.

After a very good trip to the Dentist I had a great relax and did things in my Flat and had a walk to the Shop.

York City 2-2 Cambridge United.

I had a great day today. Went for a look around the Railway Museum before popping into the Station to see some trains before going home for a relax. Then after having tea in Wackers went to see a great comeback from York City from 2-0 down against Cambridge United at Bootham Crescent.

I went to Harrogate on the train today to give a Training session to some new Support Workers. It went very well.

I had a relax today, had a walk to the shop, washed and ironed my clothes and sorted things out in my Flat.

I went to Wackers for lunch before going to see York City v Northampton Town at Bootham Crescent this afternoon. The score was York City 1-1 Northampton Town. I then did some hoovering when I got home.

I was very veey busy at the University of York Today. Supporting everyone and helping Staff and Students.

Had a great day today. Had a relax, did some hoovering, ironed my towels and bedding completed the work for York People First then changed my bed with the help from my Support Worker.

Had a great day today.  I had a relax before doing some hoovering, went to get my feet done then have been very busy tonight doing some work for York People First which needs to be sent before the Group return I then mopped my floors tonight.

Had a great day today.  Helped Avalon with a interview before having a relax before going to watch York City v Doncaster Rovers.  I do not know how York ended up losing the match.  They outplayed Doncaster had lots of chances but the ball could not go into the back of the net and they got punished as Doncaster scored a 90th minute goal to make it York City 0-1 Doncaster Rovers.

Had a great relax this morning before going to watch my first ever York City Knights match at the Huntington Stadium. York City Knights won 34-30. I then made saghetti Bolognaise for tea.

I had a great day today.  Had a day in as the Council came to do my door then I did some hoovering, polishing and tidying up.

I went to help York People First do a display at Energise at a Sports Open Day where I did a great Job then after going for a quick visit to the Office I had a meeting.

The weather in York North Yorkshire this morning is very Sunny and calm with no clouds in the sky and very calm.

I had a tidy up in my Flat with my Support worker today before going to my parents for Sunday lunch.

A Great Day Yesterday.

Fully recovered now after my trip up to Dundee with Compass Rail Tours. Had a lovely run up via Newcastle, Edinburgh, Forth Bridge, The Wonderful Scottish Coast and the Tay Bridge where I had a lovely day in Dundee then spent most of the night on a train as the Charter train needed a new engine then could not leave Dundee Station until 8pm meaning I was back in York at 00:25 which resulted in people travelling on to Scarborough having to travel by coach due to the Scarborough line closure overnight. Sat with some lovely people who got on at Northallerton. Despite the problems on the way back it was a lovely tour and I would go on them again.
