I went to York People First today. Went to St John University to do a training session before attending a meeting this afternoon.

I had a great day today. I sorted things out with my support worker before making homemade tuna pasta bake for lunch. I then had a relax and did hoovering.

For lunch today I made a homemade tuna pasta bake and had garlic bread and salad. I did well with the cooking.

I went to Leeds on the Coastliner and Leeds Bradford Airport with my support worker today and went for pizza for tea. I had a great day.

I had a very busy day today. First I saw my Estate Manager for my half way review which was a great sucess followed by my mum who helped me to mop the Entrance Way then sort things out in my Flat and at the Cemetry to help York People First.

I went for a walk with my support worker to have a snack in Costa Coffee before going to my parents for Sunday dinner.

I went to Wackers today for fish and chips with mushy peas before going to see York City v Southend United at Bootham Crescent. The score was York City 2-3 Southend United despite a late surge by York City to try to get a equalizer. York's next home game is against Portsmouth on 4 October which is the place me and my family frequantly travel to and from on route between York and Normandy.

Great Day At The Rugby.

I had a great day today.  After watching the Great North Run on TV I went to see York City Knights v London Skolars at the Huntington Stadium.  York City Knights won 38-28 and won the League Leaders Sheild.

A Great Day At Lightwater Valley.

I went for a day out with the Avalon people from York for a great look around the Theame Park and celebrate Avalon Group's 20th Anniversary.  I went there and back on a mini bus then went up the Lightwater Wheel then went on the small train.
